New voice, new style, new guide

One Medical hadn’t updated their copy style guide since before Covid, which was a moment of extreme change for the brand. What’s more, the recent acquisition of One Medical by Amazon required a comprehensive reworking to better reflect the evolving brand and provide clarity on key phrases. Working with cross-functional stakeholders in creative, marketing, legal, and clinical, I led a complete refresh of the One Medical copy guide.

This work also included a new collection of copy doc templates to ensure consistency across channels and sub-brands, a copy library with a cache of legally and clinically approved copy, and an updated review process so cross-channel partners could easily create their own work and have creative, legal, and clinical team leaders approve assets.
