Feeling good just got better

After its acquisition of One Medical, Amazon saw an opportunity to to bring all its health services under one unified brand: Amazon One Medical.

Working with a team of stakeholders from Amazon, One Medical, and an external agency we developed a reimagined brand identity and strategy — and built a brand book to ensure consistent expression of this newly unified and revamped brand.

At the same time, we crafted the “Feeling good just got better” campaign to replace Amazon Clinic and introduce the new Amazon One Medical brand to the world. Using the updated brand identity, we designed an integrated campaign, including video, social, web, and app assets.

Featured in Forbes and other national media outlets, the “Feeling good just got better” campaign successfully launched Amazon One Medical.

Brand book

To ensure Amazon One Medical has a consistent brand identity, strategy, voice and tone, and expression across channels and audiences, I helped develop a comprehensive brand book for Amazon One Medical.

I worked with stakeholders in marketing, creative, clinical, and legal to write the script. I also partnered with creative team leaders to select the VO artist and direct the VO session, and worked with the production agency to develop the storyboard, on-screen text, and the final cut.

To launch this newly reminaged brand, we created an integrated campaign — “Feeling good just got better” — including engagement and conversion landing pages and search results within the Amazon app.
